We had some guests who were on tour stay at our house. We took them to Skinnydipper Hot Springs and I made them a big batch of fresh cinnamon rolls before sending them on their way.
I’ve made them before from a recipe in Baking Illustrated. They are a yeast roll, and are simple to make but need to rise for 3 hours in total – one and a half hours each time. The icing is not pictured, but it’s cream cheese icing.
